How do mystery football shirts work?

Ordering a mystery football shirt is simple. First, choose your size and the type of mystery shirt you want. Next, tell us which teams you would like to avoid so you don't receive a shirt you already own. Place your order and we'll take care of the rest. Your shirt will be delivered to the address provided at checkout and includes information about the team, stadium, and notable players.

Are your mystery football shirts authentic?

Yes. All of our mystery football shirts are 100% authentic. We do not stock or sell replica or counterfeit jerseys. We work with trusted manufacturers and clubs to ensure every shirt is genuine and of high quality.

What's the difference between the mystery boxes you offer?

We offer several mystery products. The Mystery Football Shirt Box includes one authentic football jersey randomly selected from clubs and national teams around the world. The Premium Mystery Football Shirt includes an authentic football shirt plus a scarf, fan file, mystery football cards, and a surprise football collectible. The Mystery Rugby Shirt includes one authentic rugby jersey selected from club, international, or tournament teams. The Kids Mystery Football Shirt includes one authentic football shirt in a range of children's sizes.

Can I avoid certain teams and leagues?

Yes. You can use the 'teams to avoid' field when placing your order to tell us which teams you do not want to receive. This could include rival clubs or teams whose shirts you already own. We will do our best to ensure your mystery shirt is a welcome surprise.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland, and worldwide. We also offer free delivery on orders over £100.

What is your returns policy?

If you would like to return your mystery football shirt, we offer exchanges or store credit where applicable. You must contact us and return the item within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our returns policy page for full details.

Mystique Jerseys Named Retailer of the Year at the Fermanagh Business Awards 2026

We have some news we're very proud to share. At the Fermanagh Business Awards 2026, Mystique Jerseys was named Retailer of the Year, and our founder Shane McDonald was named Businessperson of the Year.

A big night for a small Fermanagh business

Mystique started in 2020 with one idea. Fans love opening a shirt they didn't see coming, so we send one authentic, licensed shirt in your size and keep the team a surprise until the box is open. Six years on we have our own shop in Enniskillen and customers coming from all over Ireland to pick up a box in person.

Standing up on the night (and doing an on-stage interview when the video wouldn't play) was a strange feeling. Picking up one award would have been great. Picking up two was something else.

Thank you

None of this happens without the people who order from us. Every unboxing video, every review, every person who bought a box for a dad, a nephew or themselves and then told a mate about it. You built this as much as we did. Thanks as well to the organisers, the judges and the Fermanagh business community for a brilliant night.

What doesn't change

The awards are lovely, but the box is still the box. Every shirt is authentic and licensed, with no fakes. You still choose your sport and size, and you can still tell us the teams you'd rather avoid. The rest stays a mystery, same as always.

If you're near Enniskillen, call in and say hello at Unit 1, Portland Business Park, 125 Tempo Road. If you're not, here's where to start:
