Mystique Jerseys Return Policy - 30 Days
At Mystique Jerseys, we aim to provide an exciting and fair experience for every customer. Since our products are mystery boxes, we do not offer refunds as standard but provide exchanges or store credit when applicable. You must contact us and have your item returned before 30 days. Please note - we are not responsible for incorrect laundering damage.
1️⃣ Exchanges for Incorrect Sizing
- If you ordered the wrong size, you may exchange it once (customer covers all shipping costs involved).
- If we sent the wrong size, we will cover the shipping costs and exchange this for free
- The replacement will be another random mystery shirt due to stock limitations.
2️⃣ Store Credit
If you don’t want an exchange, you can opt for store credit, which:
✅ Never expires and can be used at any time.
✅ Can be used partially or fully on future purchases.
❌ Cannot be converted into a cash refund.
3️⃣ How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit
To start a return, you must:
1️⃣ Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Info@MystiqueJerseys.com.
2️⃣ Provide your order number and clear photos (if the item is faulty or incorrect).
3️⃣ Once approved, return the item within 7 days (customer covers all shipping costs involved unless the item is faulty).
4️⃣ We process exchanges or store credit within 5 working days of receiving the return.
📌 Return Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in original packaging.
- Items returned without tags or showing wear will be rejected.
- All returns must be tracked or sent untracked at the customers peril, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
4️⃣ Limitations & Exclusions

One exchange per order – If you exchange once, that item cannot be exchanged again.

Custom products & sale items are non-returnable.

Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
5️⃣ Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, check tracking first.
- If lost, contact us, and we’ll investigate with the courier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
6️⃣ Refunds
Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5-10 business days once the return is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return process unless the item is faulty.

An admin charge will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable transaction fees (from our payment processing fees).
- If paid via Klarna, the non-refundable transaction fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
- Gift wrap is non-refundable.
- If your order was over our £100 free delivery offer - shipping will be deducted from your refund.
