This policy only applies to our Mystique Mystery Boxes. Our canvases and personalised printed shirts are bespoke products and, as such, are not returnable and non-refundable.
We do not offer an exchange service for any of our products.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You are not entitled to a refund if this time has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in original packaging and tags still attached. You can keep your fanfile if you have requested it to be personalised.
No refund will be processed without an accompanying return form – see below on how to request a return form.
A processing fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is due to nonrefundable charges the company will acquire due to your transaction.
Please note: If your order has already been processed we are unable to cancel your order.
Once we have received your item we will inspect and notify you of the result. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund back to your original form of purchase. Due to COVID19 - parcels returned are not opened for 72 hours.
The business will not be liable for incomplete delivery addresses provided, failed deliveries due to nobody being at home or failed collections from their local post office.
1. You will be responsible for the costs of return postage.
2. Our products may include a bespoke personalised fan file that cannot be reused for another customer. The cost of this will be deducted from your return. You may keep your fan file if it is personalised and this should not be returned to us.
3. Postage costs are non refundable. Once your return has been received back, it will be inspected as stated above and you will be refunded the price of the product only, less the cost of the fan file if you have had it personalised or failed to return it (£4.99).
