Yes! Leave a note at checkout or email us their name/order number and we’ll do our best.

Can I avoid certain teams and leagues?

Yes. You can use the 'teams to avoid' field when placing your order to tell us which teams you do not want to receive. This could include rival clubs or teams whose shirts you already own. We will do our best to ensure your mystery shirt is a welcome surprise.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland, and worldwide. We also offer free delivery on orders over £100.

What is your returns policy?

If you would like to return your mystery football shirt, we offer exchanges or store credit where applicable. You must contact us and return the item within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our returns policy page for full details.

Which Football Shirt Could You Receive?

Your shirt is selected from the stock available in your chosen size. The range can include club and national-team shirts from around the world:

All shirts are authentic and new. We do not sell fake or counterfeit shirts. Original retail tags may or may not be attached, depending on the stock.

The team, season, shirt type and design cannot be chosen. Premium includes the additional items listed above; it does not guarantee a particular shirt type or season.

Choose a one-off purchase or subscription. Select your preferred option before adding the box to your cart.

We do our best to follow eligible exclusions, but they do not let you select a specific shirt or team. Ordering alongside a friend? Include their name or order number and we’ll do our best to avoid sending you both the same shirt.

At Mystique Jerseys, we want every customer to enjoy a fair and transparent shopping experience. This policy explains your rights and our responsibilities for both online purchases and in-store purchases.

📦 ONLINE ORDERS

1️⃣ Returns

If you purchase from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To cancel:

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

2️⃣ Refunds for Cancelled Online Orders

If you cancel within the legal timeframe and return the item in acceptable condition, we will refund:

✅ The price paid for the item.

We do not refund:

Return postage costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
Premium or express delivery upgrades
Gift wrap charges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the return. Please note: if your original order qualified for free delivery but returned items bring the final order value below the free delivery threshold, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

With original tags still attached
Free from odours, washing, or damage

You may inspect items as you would in a physical shop. However, if an item shows excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to refuse a refund should the item not be returned in the condition it was sent, as permitted by law.

Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Faulty, incorrect, or not-as-described items: We will cover all reasonable return postage costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service. Items returned untracked are sent at the customer’s own risk.

5️⃣ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we sent the wrong item or size:

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos
We will arrange a replacement or refund
All return and delivery costs will be covered by us, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015

6️⃣ Exchanges & Store Credit (Optional)

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit where customers prefer this option, however this does not replace your legal right to a refund.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Replacement items will be another random mystery shirt
Store credit never expires and can be used at any time

Lovely surprise and great gift

My wife gave me a mystique box for my bday. I got the German national jersey with a fact sheet on the team, an AS Roma flag, Torino scarf, 3x match attax cards and a Jurgen Klopp figure. We'll pleased and the jersey was a great fit, have been wearing it all day. Can't wait to get another/gift one of these boxes soon!

Just an.....interesting choice of a jersey, got the box for a friend for his birthday, can't say he was delighted to see a Northern Cyprus jersey 🤣. The scarf was pretty cool tho!
