One of English football's most storied clubs, Birmingham City have been through the highs and the lows — but the Blues faithful never waver. From League Cup glory to the drama of the Championship, St. Andrew's has always been a fortress. Keep Right On.
Founded in 1875 as Small Heath Alliance, Birmingham City FC is one of the oldest professional football clubs in England. They were founding members of the Football Alliance and have spent the majority of their history competing in the top two tiers of English football.
Their greatest moment came in 1963 when they reached the final of the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup, and domestically they claimed the League Cup in 1963. More recently, a famous 2011 League Cup victory over Arsenal at Wembley — courtesy of Obafemi Martins' last-gasp winner — gave the Blues one of the most memorable days in their modern history. Under new ownership, the club is rebuilding with ambition and the famous St. Andrew's roar behind them.
Royal blue and white — clean, classic, and unmistakable. Birmingham City's home kit has remained true to its roots for generations, with the royal blue shirt a badge of pride for supporters across the Midlands and beyond.
Their kits have seen various interpretations over the decades, but the core identity never changes. The Blues look best in blue, and their fans wouldn't have it any other way.
