FC Camerhogne
FC Camerhogne started life up the west coast as Gouyave Football Club, then moved to the capital in 2017 and took a name older than Grenada itself. They play in the GFA Premier League at the stadium named after the island’s Olympic champion, Kirani James.
From Gouyave to St. George’s
The club was formed in 2013 as Gouyave FC. In 2017, in the club’s own words, “our directors decided to relocate to St. George’s and rename the team.” The new name is a version of Camahogne, which the Grenada National Museum records as the Kalinago name for the island before Europeans called it La Granada.
Camerhogne came up to the Premier League for 2018–19 and finished fifth on 22 points, with six wins, four draws and eight defeats. In the 2020 GFA Club Championship they went through their group unbeaten, two wins and a draw, but finished second behind Grenada Boys Secondary School and missed the knockout stage.
Silverware Outside the League
The league title has not come yet, but the cups have. In 2020 Camerhogne won the Waggy T Super Knockout, beating Paradise 4–2 in the final. They added the Independence Cup, beating Shamrock 3–1 in the final.
In the 2025 Premier Division they finished fifth of ten with 22 points from 17 games. The 2026 season is still running. By mid-October they were seventh after 14 rounds on 15 points, with three wins, six draws and five defeats, including a 2–2 draw with Paradise and a 1–1 with Hurricanes.

Green and White
Camerhogne’s shirts are made by Sangalo. The green shirt takes its cue from the club badge, with a bright green sunshine design. The white shirt carries a pattern drawn from the flag of Grenada.
