These terms and conditions apply to all Mystique Jerseys instant win competitions listed on mystiquejerseys.com unless an individual competition's specific terms state otherwise. Please read them carefully before entering any competition.

1. THE PROMOTER

1.1  The promoter is Mystique Jerseys, trading at mystiquejerseys.com, Unit 1, Portland Business Park, 125 Tempo Road, Enniskillen, BT74 4RH, Northern Ireland.

2. THE COMPETITIONS

2.1  These terms and conditions apply to all instant win competitions listed on our website at mystiquejerseys.com (the "Website").

2.2  Each individual competition will have its own specific terms published on the competition listing page. Those specific terms supplement these general terms. Where there is any conflict, the specific competition terms take precedence.

2.3  An entry fee is payable each time you enter via the paid entry route. A free entry route by post is also always available, as set out in clause 4.

2.4  By purchasing entries or submitting a free postal entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. HOW TO ENTER — PAID

3.1  Each competition will run from and including the Opening Date until the Closing Date or until the maximum number of tickets has been sold, whichever is sooner. All times and dates are London, England time.

3.2  The Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and/or Closing Date where necessary. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date simply to sell more entries.

3.3  All entries must be received before the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and no refunds will be given.

3.4  To enter via the paid route, go to the Website, select the competition you wish to enter, and complete the checkout process. Upon successful payment, your ticket(s) will be immediately and automatically allocated from the pre-assigned prize pool. Your prize is determined at the point of allocation.

3.5  Payment must be made in full via the payment methods available at checkout. Entries without valid payment are not valid.

3.6  The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed, are lost, or are delayed due to any equipment failure, technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

4. HOW TO ENTER — FREE (POSTAL ONLY)

4.1  Entry into every Mystique Jerseys instant win competition is also available free of charge by post. No purchase is necessary. Free postal entrants receive the same prize pool and the same chance of winning as paid entrants.

4.2  To enter for free, send a handwritten postcard or letter to:

4.3  Your entry must include: (i) the name or details of the competition you wish to enter; (ii) your full name; (iii) your full postal address including postcode or Eircode; and (iv) a contact email address.

4.4  One (1) free postal entry per household per competition. Bulk entries sent in one envelope count as a single entry only.

4.5  Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

4.6  Your entry must be received before the Closing Date. Proof of posting does not guarantee entry. The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry.

4.7  If the ticket cap for a competition is reached before your postal entry is received, your entry will not be processed.

4.8  Postage costs are not reimbursed by the Promoter.

5. THE INSTANT WIN MECHANISM

5.1  Before each competition opens, the Promoter pre-assigns all prizes to all ticket numbers using a randomised process. This assignment is locked before the competition opens and cannot be changed.

5.2  A cryptographic hash of the pre-assigned prize pool is recorded before the competition opens as tamper-proof evidence that prizes were fixed before any entries were received.

5.3  Paid entrants: each ticket is immediately and automatically allocated the next available ticket number from the pre-assigned pool at the point of purchase. The prize corresponding to that ticket number is the entrant's prize.

5.4  Free postal entrants: the Promoter will allocate a ticket number from the pre-assigned pool in the order postal entries are received, subject to tickets remaining available.

5.5  The decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the outcome of the instant win allocation.

6. ELIGIBILITY

6.1  Competitions are open to all residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with any competition or its administration, and members of the immediate families or households of those persons.

6.2  By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility. Failure to provide proof within a reasonable time may result in disqualification.

6.3  The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer or other automated means, or that are incomplete.

6.4  The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition, including those who are rude or abusive to the Promoter or anyone associated with them.

6.5  If an entrant engages in any form of fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, hacking, or interference with the proper functioning of the Website, all of their entries will be declared void, no refunds will be given, and they may be prevented from participating in any future competitions.

7. PRIZES

7.1  The prizes available in each competition are described on the individual competition listing page and in that competition's specific terms. Details are correct as at the Opening Date.

7.2  Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

7.3  Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered except at the Promoter's sole discretion.

7.4  Where a competition states that every ticket wins a prize, all ticket numbers in the pool carry a prize. There are no blank or losing tickets in such competitions.

7.5  Where a mystery box voucher forms part of the prize pool, it is redeemable against mystery box products on mystiquejerseys.com only. It cannot be used against shirts, prints, or any other non-box products. Vouchers are single-use, non-transferable, and expire twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

7.6  Where signed merchandise forms part of the prize, the Promoter warrants that all signed items are sourced through legitimate channels.

8. WINNERS — NOTIFICATION AND FULFILMENT

8.1  Paid entrants are notified of their prize immediately via their order confirmation. Free postal entrants will be notified via the email address provided with their entry.

8.2  The Promoter will contact winners of headline prizes within 24 hours to arrange delivery.

8.3  Physical prizes will be dispatched within fourteen (14) days of the competition closing or the winning entry being confirmed, whichever is later.

8.4  If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and offer it to the next eligible entrant or donate it at the Promoter's discretion.

8.5  The Promoter must make available information confirming that a valid award took place. The Promoter will publish winning ticket numbers and prize descriptions on the Website following each competition close. The first name and county of headline prize winners may also be published. If you object to this, contact info@mystiquejerseys.com before the Closing Date.

8.6  You must claim the prize personally. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

9. REFUNDS

9.1  Entry fees are non-refundable once a ticket number and prize have been allocated, which occurs automatically at the point of purchase.

9.2  Refunding a paid entry results in forfeiture of the associated prize.

9.3  If the Promoter voids or cancels a competition, entrants will be offered a full refund of any entry fees paid.

9.4  Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. [Solicitor to confirm cooling-off position given instant prize allocation.]

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1  Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10.2  The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost or delayed due to postal, technical, or network issues.

10.3  Winners are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize.

11. DATA PROTECTION

11.1  Personal data provided with a competition entry will be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition, notify winners, and dispatch prizes, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at mystiquejerseys.com/policies/privacy-policy.

11.2  If you are the winner of a headline prize, you agree that the Promoter may use your first name and county of residence to confirm the award. If you do not wish your details to be published, contact info@mystiquejerseys.com before the Closing Date. The Promoter may still be required to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

11.3  You are entitled to request that the Promoter removes your details from its database. If you make such a request you will be withdrawing from the competition and will not be entitled to any refund of entry fees.

12. GENERAL

12.1  The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Website.

12.2  The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend any competition where it becomes necessary to do so. If a competition is voided or cancelled, entrants will be offered a full refund of entry fees paid.

12.3  These competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

12.4  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland. [Confirm with solicitor.]
