History
Serbia as an independent nation have competed since 2006 following the dissolution of Serbia and Montenegro. As part of Yugoslavia, the nation produced some of European football's greatest players and reached the 1962 World Cup final. As Serbia, they have qualified for the 2010, 2018, and 2022 World Cups, consistently producing elite talent despite not yet progressing past the group stage.
Serbia's strength lies in their extraordinary production of world-class players.
