Why Subscribe to Mystique Jerseys?

A Mystique Jerseys subscription gives you the mystery-shirt experience automatically at the delivery interval you choose, without needing to place a new order each time.

Eligible subscription products currently receive a recurring subscription saving:

• Eligible Football subscriptions — 15% off
• Rugby subscriptions — 15% off
• GAA subscriptions — 10% off

The National Team Mystery Football Shirt Box is a one-off product and does not have a subscription option.

Available subscription intervals include every month, every 2 months, every 3 months or every 4 months on eligible products.

Will I Receive the Same Shirt Twice?

We record shirts sent through active subscriptions to help reduce duplicate subscription shirts. While we take previous subscription deliveries into account when packing future orders, we do not describe this as an absolute guarantee.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your active subscription through the customer subscription portal linked to your account. Depending on the options available for your subscription, you may be able to update your delivery schedule, payment details or cancel future renewals.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel future subscription renewals without a cancellation fee, provided the cancellation is completed before the next recurring order has been created.

Once a recurring order has already been created or processed, we may not be able to stop or cancel that shipment. Any cancellation, return or refund relating to an order that has already been created will be handled in line with the current Mystique Jerseys cancellation and returns policies.

Existing Subscribers

Existing active subscribers will not be moved to a higher subscription price simply because the standard product price changes. Where an active subscriber already has a lower subscription price attached to their subscription, that lower price will continue unless their subscription is changed, cancelled or otherwise updated in a way that affects pricing.
