If you purchase from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

To cancel:

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

2️⃣ Refunds for Cancelled Online Orders

If you cancel within the legal timeframe and return the item in acceptable condition, we will refund:

✅ The original outbound delivery charge up to the value of our standard delivery option

Lovely surprise and great gift

My wife gave me a mystique box for my bday. I got the German national jersey with a fact sheet on the team, an AS Roma flag, Torino scarf, 3x match attax cards and a Jurgen Klopp figure. We'll pleased and the jersey was a great fit, have been wearing it all day. Can't wait to get another/gift one of these boxes soon!

This is my 6th box to order for xmas and birthday gifts. everyone of them have been well worth the money with a good variety of jerseys,scarves,pictures keyring etc.well packaged and lovely laminated personalised fact sheet on the club the jersey is from .delivery is fast.i would highly recommend and continue to purchase as I don't think the novelty will ever wear off for my son.!!

Did not receive everything.

I recieved the shirts and scarfs in both packages however both did not include every add-on part of the premium package.

Missing cards AGAIN!

I wrote a review just last month stating I got a repeat scarf from Como 2 months In a row (Nov & Dec.) and I did not get any cards. I just received my monthly box today and it is again missing the cards.
